Located on Colorado Avenue near the engineering center and math building, CU ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is moving forward with a new on-campus housing community. The project expands on-campus living opportunities while intentionally prioritizing respectful design and neighborhood considerations.
The new on-campus housing is intentionally designed to:
- Support student success by expanding on-campus living options, reducing pressure on ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s housing market
- Reduce commuting impacts by making it easier for student housing residents to walk, bike, and connect to campus resources
