Looking for GED mentors for Facilities Mangement frontline staff

The Business, Finance, and Infrastructure Mentor Program (where Facilities Management is housed) has a wonderful mentor program that I have been managing for years, and new for 2026, we are looking for GED mentors to assist our frontline staff.

We have partnered with Aims Community College and their Adult Education Department to help our staff earn their . Our staff are doing well and could really use the extra support that a mentor would provide. The commitment is a minimum of two hours a month for the academic year. Through Aims, our staff set up 1x1 instruction (virtual) with a GED teacher throughout the week. Aims using AZTEC as their Learning Management System and can see where our staff are at in real time in their studies.
