CESR empowers business leaders to drive solutions to environmental, social, and ethical challenges.
Vision
We envision elevating business as a force for good in a rapidly changing world.
CESR’s programs serve Leeds students, faculty, and the business community in three key focus areas:
- Environmental Sustainability
- Social Impact
- Ethical Leadership
We do this by developing values-based leaders (our students) who will drive business solutions to tough challenges, supporting innovative faculty research, and partnering with organizations to apply best practice and enable our mission.
Within the Environmental Sustainability focus area, CESR offers numerous experiential learning opportunitiesÌýfor Leeds students, including ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Climate Ventures, Sustainability Scholars, Sustainability Skills Workshops, SustainabilityÌýCase Competitions, and more.
CESR’s Social Impact focus area features Impact Internships.
Through the Ethical Leadership focus area, CESR offers a Values-based Leadership Day, a Values Exercise that’s part of orientation for incoming undergraduate students, a Business Ethics Case Competition, March Debate Madness Tournament, and an Ethical Leadership Workshop.
