Welcome to the Golden Buffalo Marching Band (GBMB) at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ College of Music! We’re committed to providing the best experience for any student who wishes to join this organization—music majors and non-majors alike. Membership is open to CU ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Students with prior experience on a wind instrument (woodwind or brass), drumline (non-front ensemble) and color guard.Ìý

Pearl Street Stampedes

A favorite local tradition, the CU ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Golden Buffalo Marching Band (GBMB) joins the Colorado Buffaloes in bringing our campus and community together as we rally for Buffs victories before !

The GBMB leads the excitement and enthusiasm on ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s Pearl Street Mall, beginning at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Courthouse downtown. Each stampede kicks off with an entertaining preview of musical highlights for the next day’s game.
