The Center for Neuroscience serves as a nodal administrative structure the purposes of which are to organize and foster the development of neuroscience research and teaching at CUÌýÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. TheÌýcenter faculty membersÌýare affiliated with 13 differentÌýdepartments and institutesÌýat CUÌýÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. The Center for Neuroscience:Ìý

• Administers the CUÌýÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Neuroscience PhDÌýprogram
• Fosters interdisciplinary interdepartmental research and interaction
• Obtains both federal and corporate funds to support the development of neuroscience at CUÌýÀÖ²¥´«Ã½
• Acts as a focal point for interaction with the neuroscience community at large such as national organizations and programs at other universities
• Fosters interest in neuroscience among undergraduates at CUÌýÀÖ²¥´«Ã½
