Timeline for Conference Travel

Students can apply as soon as they are accepted to present, perform or exhibit their work—but no later than the start of the event. Students cannot receive UROP funding for events occurring after they graduate. Keep in mind that applications received close to the event start date might be processed and awarded after the event.

We don't issue payments in December to give finance teams time for end-of-year tasks. Plan accordingly.
