Individual Conference Travel Grant recipients are asked to submit a final survey about their experience within one month of the event's conclusion.
Recipients are provided with a unique link to access the survey form at the bottom of their Award Acceptance email. Recipients are asked to keep this email and use the link provided to submit their survey by the deadline noted in their decision notice. We encourage students to use the information online to prepare responses.
