SkoÌýServe sends teams of college students to engage in meaningful service during their breaks from school. This journey over winter breakÌýallows students to explore the United States while making a difference throughÌýservice, reflecting upon their experience and creatingÌýlong-lasting connections with others. Program Cost
There is an all-inclusive $250 fee + cost of airfare required for participation (includes all costs associated with food, lodging andÌýcommunity partner fees).ÌýStudents with financial need may indicate this on the application for financial assistance.
Service in Restoration: Aftermath of a Natural Disaster
Spend the beginning of your winter break in Tampa, Florida, supporting ongoing hurricane restoration efforts with .ÌýJoin a team of CU volunteers as we work alongside local communities and learn about life on the coast of disaster and recovery. Together, we’ll contribute to meaningful rebuilding projects while deepening our understanding of resilience, service and the systemic issues that impact communities.Ìý

Hello, I’mÌýexcited to meet everyone! I’mÌýfrom Milliken, CO, which is an hour north of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. I’m in my 2ndÌýyear here, majoring in Elementary Education to get my teaching certification, as well as minoring in Sociology and Spanish. I spend most of my time focused on school, reading or hanging out with my siblings. Around town, I love the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Public Library and Farmer’s Market.ÌýFun fact about myself is that I’m an avid Reddit podcast listener and am usually listening to that over music.Ìý
